About these terms

These terms apply to booknexthop.com and the Next Hop service, including the conversational API described in agent.md. By using Next Hop, directly or through an agent acting for you, you agree to them.

An invite-only preview

Next Hop is in a preview available by invitation only. Your invite token is personal to you. You are responsible for activity by any agent you give it to. We may suspend or revoke access at any time. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable during the preview.

Itineraries and fares

Itineraries, schedules, fares, and availability are provided as is. They may change at any time, and they may differ from what airlines or other sources show.

Bookings and payment

Next Hop never asks for card details in a conversation. A booking's confirmation is returned in the conversation that made it.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your invite token beyond the agents you authorize.
• Do not attempt to access conversations or accounts that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with, overload, or probe the service.
• Do not use Next Hop to harm others.

No warranty

The preview is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Next Hop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the preview.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
