What we collect

• Conversations: the messages your agent sends to Next Hop and our travel agent’s replies.
• Bookings: the itineraries booked in a conversation and their confirmations.
• Access records: which invitation a request used. We store a protected form of invite tokens, never the token itself.
• Technical data: IP addresses, timestamps, and request details in our server logs.

We do not collect card numbers, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

How we use it

• To run Next Hop: answer messages, search itineraries, and make bookings.
• To keep the service secure and within usage limits.
• To review and improve how our travel agent works, including by analyzing conversations.

Who else processes it

Our travel agent’s replies are generated with third-party AI model providers, which receive conversation content for that purpose. Our hosting provider stores our servers and data. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation and booking records for up to 12 months, and server logs for up to 30 days, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
